Since 1953 we have been supporting children, young people and adults with a wide range of complex learning and physical disabilities. Our aim is to enable those with a learning and physical disability to live a fulfilled and independent life.
How do we help?
Put simply – we ‘Support’. We’re passionate about providing quality support services that enable those with complex learning and physical disabilities to access and use their inherent capabilities. Supportability enables those with a learning and physical disability to enjoy and take part in everyday life experiences.

We’re looking for Bank Support Workers for Children’s Group
We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our Children’s and Young Peoples team in Heaton Moor, Stockport to take a person-centred approach, supporting children and young people with additional needs to take part in building based activity sessions. Activities can include but not limited to music, sensory play, arts and crafts, baking, outdoor play and much more. We are looking for people who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach and who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is studying to work in education or health and social care who would like to gain experience working with Children and young people with additional needs. Available shifts are Saturdays 9:45am – 5:45pm

– Previous demonstratable experience in care.
